To help us find a suitable solution for the issues you have encountered, please use our techsupport tool.
This tool can be downloaded at: http://download.shipsim.com/Extremes/support/TechSupportTool.zip

Then follow these steps (once the TechSupportTool.zip is unzipped):
1. run _LogFiles-Enable.bat;
2. run _LogFiles-Clear.bat;
3. run the game and make it crash;
4. run _CollectAndPackUserData.bat.

A new file will be created called "CollectedData.zip", which you can email to techsupport@shipsim.com
More info on this tool usage can be found in the included info.txt file. If anything is unclear, don't hesitate to contact us again.
