Title: My new Ferry Pack doesn't start - Reason: Bought the wrong version

Please, can someone help me!

I'm going crazy
I have bought and downloaded the new ferry pack from ShipSim.com.
But I can not start it. I can confirm the language, but after I press ok, this message is appear.

"Unable to locate a valid Ship simulator extremes installation."

And then nothing.

I have no idea how to proceed. Does not feel nice to pay 15 €, and then it does'nt work!

Hope someone can tell me how to do.

Hi,

There are threads elsewhere relating to a similar problem for Steam users ( as I am ) - are you running SSE via Steam? If so then you will have to wait until the Ferry Pack is released for Steam Users ( April 5th ) as the Pack available now only works for non-Steam SSE.......if you look for other threads apparently you can get a refund.......

The problem is that you have a STEAM version of SSE and need to buy a STEAM version of the FERRY PACK as well through the STEAM store. SS.com does not sell Steam versions.
