it can be ignited the lights on the SS08 boats ??? ???

Nope! There is no possibility to switch lights on or off until now.

so if in ss 08 is the only one that you can turn the lites on or off what is the command key to do this operation?  ;D

you cant turn them on/off even in 08.

Should be automatic, directly contingent on the time of day. This is not always the case...I did a mission where one ship had nav lights on, the other did not. I guess the Sherpa Captain was relying on his fluorescent green paint job for visibility.  ;D
