its a program that you can download you can talk to each other like skype but this is with no cam

team speak 3 looks ok but team speak 2 is actuly still very widely used

The strange thing is that people shouldn't be providing Teamspeak 2 hosting, atleast not paid for anyway, as all the licenses were made void when teamspeak 3 was released
