I have problems to calibrate the rudder control of the ship console. When in center position I need to turn the lever about 15 to 20 degrees to the right to get the slightes rudder deflection of e.g. 0,2°, whereas a turn to the left side is much more sensitive. Here I need just s light turn of about one degree to get it working. The thrust levers are not exactly synched also. With windows gamepad calibration there seems to be no recognition of the middle position of all axes.
I followed the VSTEP calibration instructions step by step on my Windows 7 OS and I use SSEX.
Any clue anyone?

The only thing i can suggest is get in contact with the manufacter, and ask them whats wrong with it. I Seem to remember someone stating that they had contacted the company and they had dispatched a new console to them? not sure though

Hi Guys!
I have the ship console, and after some time got in touch with their support.
There is a little program called 'DX Tweak2' where you can change certain values in your controller calibration.
You can find it here: http://www.wingmanteam.com/latest_software/gadgets.htm
(32Bit Version) - http://www.wingmanteam.com/files/Tools/DXTweak2/x86/DXTweak2.exe
(64 Bit Version) - http://www.wingmanteam.com/files/Tools/DXTweak2/x64/DXTweak2.exe
The value for my rudder is (X Rotation) 'CENTER - 143' - your controller may differ and you may have to tweak and trial. SS08 is better for this :)
Hope this helps! :) :captain:
