Title: 2008 updates and addons

Ok, this is very frustrating.  I have downloaded and installed all of the free updates and addons from the shipsim.com site for SS 2008.  I also have new horizons.  However not all of the addons are working which means that the missions etc that are included in the updates do not show in the mission menu.  Any ideas?
