I think his point is that there are boats in GTA4.  ;D
I own the game myself and I like it to sail in them.  ;)

The Reefer resembles me of Quint's "The Orca" from Jaws.

I found out the point of this topic  ;D he is saying it would be great to have those boats in SSE
