I'm trying to download my purchase of Ship Sim 2008 again now that I have a better machine to run it on. I have my order number and activation key from my original receipt email I got from my online purchase through Simware. I tried to redownload it from the link on the email but going there it said they moved. Tried logging into the new location, but I couldn't so I requested a passord reset to be sent to me. It said it was sent but I never got the email for the reset. This is using the same email my original receipt was sent to.
How can I get my download? My purchases of both 2006 and 2008 are registered on this forum.

This seems to be more of a problem with Simware. But since you say that the License Keys are registered in your Profile in this Forum, I suggest you send a PM to the Administrator, Fred. He will look into the matter.

Go her http://www.shipsim.com/ log in with the mail adress and password you used when you purchased you game then you will have all you have purchased and can download it again when you have loged in pres Orders & Downloads
then you will fine you game to download

I tried going there initially but nothing shows registered under my account.
I've had problems getting emails sent to my primary email address from shipsim and had to use my alternate email address to register here. If I remember correctly I purchased it from simware because of this email problem on my primary account before I realized I could use my alternate email address on shipsim ok.

Why am I not getting a password reset from simware I don't know because I got the receipt email sent to that email address.

I have filled out the online support form both on Shipsim.com and over a Simware. I have also sent simware a direct email to thier support department. I still have not received any replies.
There is no where to attach an invoice where you have suggested. The invoice is an email with my order number and key code. I can't understand why I have not recieved any help in this matter.

You don't seem to have done what I suggested in Reply # 1 and that is sending a PM to the Administrator, Fred. Since you say you have registered the License Keys in your Profile in this Forum it is an assurance that everything is legal and support for such cases is always there.
Please click on this link. It is what is required to send the PM to Fred. Explain everything to him and he will look into the matter. Ensure you check the box "Save message in my outbox" for future reference.

I'm sorry, your right I haven't send to Fred yet. I also do appreciate the help and advice I have recieved here.
