Title: Help SS08 from Game - license ky ivalid

Hi,

I bought SS08 from my local Game store in the UK, but after installing the sim, I cant get past the enter license key stage. I have retried several times but get invalid key - it also said invalid when I tried to register for the tech help forum.

Can anyone help?

Hi there Nrfraser,

The guys are right, if you experience a problem with your license key simply send Fred a PM as he is an administrator and will deal with any license key issues.

Just to make sure you're entering the license key correctly, it should be 5 groups of 5 letters and numbers, separated by a "-".

This link will explain the problem. It would seem that a batch of the game supplied to Game in the UK had incorrect licence keys.
