Title: The Graphics Are Now Awful !!!

I have been using shipsim 08 for ages and ages but when i went on it this afternoon and the graphics were very very poor and low and it hardly moves and keeps jumping and freezing and it all just looks poor! i havn't even had my PC on so i havn't done anything to cause it because this morning it was perfect! Here is my PC info:

Dell Dimension E520. Windows Vista Premium.

Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM)2 CPU    4300  @ 1.80GHz 1.79 GHz
Memory(RAM): 1022 MB
System Type: 32-bit operating System

Is this all enough....i can also upgrade up to 3000 MB of RAM if this may help ? But i cannot play shipsim like this...

i know about the ram. 3000mb would run ss08 great! two times above the recs.
