Title: Steam version

How can someone tell if they have the steam version of SSE.  I downloaded mine from Amazon.  I have not seen any reference to Steam.  I just don't want to download the wrong patch if they are different between steam and non steam

I found one post which can have some reference to your matter. I know it does not answer you query completely but I am sure there are others who have bought it through Amazon and will be able to provide you with a better answer.
