Title: engine rooms
Post by: martman101 on December 06, 2010, 21:21:09
I believe there should be engine rooms on a lot of the many vessels in SSE.The engine rooms are cool, when ever im on a boat i love listening to a roaring engine, imagine your on an SSE boat, go down a few decks to the engine room and be able to listen to a roaring engine.

But if you are in the engine room... who's driving the boat then?!  ;D

atleast half the time im sitting in the boat going to my destination with not much to do, it would be just another place to explore on the boat

Hi Martman101

I see you have SS08.  Did you know that you can enter the engine room of the Hercules Atlas (Pushboat) in SS08?  Unfortunatly, Vstep in their infinate wisdom have decided not to include that feature in SSE.  >:(

Of course they haven't included the feature - it costs a lot of computing power and is quite pointless for the game itself.

As I am one of the victims with bad game performance despite of a sufficient machine, I'm happy with that decision.

In SS08 I have entered the engine room once or maybe twice in all the time ...
