Title: unlock Ocean Star super pack

Hello its my first time on here, have downloaded the ocean star superpack on the SS version 1.4.2, but asks me to enter the licence key to unlock when I go in to free roaming.
How do I do this?
+ the powerboat super pack does not seem to work after running the application.

I have just read that they are possibly only free downloads(Ocean Star / powerboat ) with the New Horzons application, is this correct? :doh:

Yes, you must own the New Horizons update to SS08 in order to use most of the free superpacks.
For some, you must also have purchased Furie & Elbe.

Hi knott666,

For your information, Ocean Star is a ship from New Horizons. Unless you have New Horizons, or have purchased Ocean Star from the shipyard, you cannot use the Ocean Star from the pack. The packs, with a couple of exceptions, do not give you any ships that you do not already own. They only modify your existing ships. They check that you own the required ship, and produce an error message if you do not.
The place to discuss that is here in this topic, not by reporting a post to the moderators.

Well, there ARE some superpacks, that add new ships to the game (Flying Cloud, Wachthaven III, Selsey III (Horst Thönsen), Sailing yacht Selsey I, XMAS Triple Super Pack (with Selsey II), but I recommend to buy New Horizons, not only for the extra vessels, but forhpurs and hours of gaming fun as well, since lots of the custom missions require NH.

And it's quite cheap, too.
