Title: How to start the game via QuestViewer.exe directly?

If I start QuestViewer.exe in the SSE folder, a box opens asking qhich q3d file to load. If I choose the Q3DStart.q3d file, the game starts. How can I make a shortcut which bypasses the box and starts the game directly via QuestViewer.exe?

Why I ask? I have the Steam version with it's special desktop shortcut (steam://rungameid/48800), but Steam games started this way won't be listed in the start menue's recent started programs list. If I could start SSE directly, it should be listed there. (Starting SSE.exe gives an error message - no valid installation -, although the game runs.)

I doubt that any support should, or would, be given for any method of starting SSE other than by the normal Windows, or STEAM, methods.
