Unable to locate a valid Ship Simulator Extreme installation<- With patch 1.2.2 what mean?


why patch 1.1,1.2.2 have bugs ,i so angry  :-\ :-\ :-\

Please answer my question!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :evil: :evil: :evil:

Hi costalam, my advice:
- Uninstall SSE (with the Uninstaller option)
- Reinstall SSE (but do not open yet)
- Download and install patch 1.2.2
- Open SSE

Do you have the Steam or non-Steam version of the game?

If you have the Steam version, you will have to update via the Steam client, the downloadable update from ShipSim.com only works for non-steam versions.  ;)

Aah yes, there is that.. If you have the Steam version, you will have to turn to them with your complaints.. :)

The STEAM version updates automatically so that should not be a problem.

The question one asks when you get the message "Unable to locate a valid Ship Simulator Extreme installation -" is if you have a "legal" version of the game? Why not register your license key on the forum here?
