Title: To VSTEP, A Great Big Thank You !

There I was, having ordered my `Ship Simulator Extremes`DVD in time to receive the bonus ship and missions, and still no package on the doormat. It had been about a fortnight so I e-mailed via this website. At the drop of a mariner`s hat I received an e-mail back reassuring me, and also giving me a key so that I could download `Extremes` straightaway and get underway. Now That`s what I call service.
