Title: Thankyou VSTEP and the Forum Mods / Admins / Betas

I know there's an awful lot of unnecessary negativity and hostility from a minority of forum members at the moment which is a shame. Me? Im patiently going to wait for the final release of the 1.1 patch (skipping the RC due to download limits :( ) I want my patch but I also want it done properly, it takes as long as it takes ;)

I'd like to see these people take VSTEP / mods positions and take the abuse they are dispensing. ::)

Anyway I just thought I'd extend my thanks to all at VSTEP and to all the great forum Mods and Admins for giving me a great simulator game which i know will only get better and better ;D  ;D

If any mods have contacts at VSTEP could you please extend my thanks to all the team. :)

EDIT: I almost forgot! Thanks to all the Beta testers also :D

Over 16 years I have waited for a Ship Simulator, like Flight Simulator and Train Simulator, but Microsoft didn't make a Ship Simulator so, HUGE THANKS TO ALL ON VSTEP, YOU MAKED MY DREAM REALITY!!! Ship Simulator REALLY rocks my simulated world :D!!!

Well what we saw today in the patch thread is more or less a natural reaction from our youngest members, they just don't have the patience. And I think the developers/mods are all aware of that. Now when those members got the candy it's all peace and quiet again :)

I criticized the way moderators are working here a while ago, but I have changed my view on that completely. They are very polite and helpful indeed, and the forum is working very well. I guess the locking of threads with more or less the same topic was something I had to get used to.

Vstep proved themselves trustworthy by delivering the patch as promised, even if they would like to wait a few more days. Inviting all members as betatesters over the weekend was an excellent solution ;)

So the title of this thread...I'll second that.

Stuart and DJM are pretty cool aren't they.

I downloaded the patch because I have no bandwidth limits + i wanted to help "Beta Test" for the final release of 1.1 There are a few new bugs also so we can just wait. I only complained once but what can we really do. I have written IRC scripts that take a few days but they wrote a game from scratch in less then a year! There will be bugs.

Beta testers are nice for giving us missions :p

The Patch/Addon was great, have been hovering all over the place since i got it ;)
