Title: Cannot retrieve password!

Hi All,
I recently purchased a new pc, and am trying to use ship sim 2008, with the wonderful updates this site provides.
I had to create this new ID because I forgot my old password. "There is no secret question for this user", so I cant reset or retrieve the old one.
However I am required to enter my system key thingy to make the updates work. When I enter it, naturally it tells me that this key is already registered to another user(i.e, me).

I cant proceed any further unless i can login as goldiefish.
I cant log in as goldiefish because I cant reset the password.
HELP!

I am still infuriatingly getting emails from shipsim telling me about all th ewonderful new upgrades that are available.


Please help.

What if you don't select the option to answer the secret question? I just tried it by filling in my email adres, and i get a new password right away  :)
