Hello vondro, and welcome to the forum,

The Ocean Star is available as a single vessel purchase on the shipyard on www.shipsim.com

Or as part of the New Horizons addon pack, which can also be purchased off the main website.

But, it's thus not a free download.

Yes it is a Add-on opack

you get new vessels and a new envionrment  :thumbs:
