Has anyone been having problems with the hovercraft in SSE?
I took one up the slipway of Ryde hoverport on the Isle of Wight but the game seemed to treat it as a ship which had run aground. Even with full power I wasn't able to 'backslide' into the water again. Perhaps something to look at in a future patch?
Despite the issues I'm having a great time with SSE. I have faith that the worst problems will be fixed before too long

Hi Scubachris
The hovercraft has some faults that are on the bugtracker and are being
corrected at the moment I can not promise that all will be in patch but all
comments made have been reported and are being looked at.

Gentlemen,
At present, the hovercraft can’t travel on land.
If you beach the bow by more than about a meter, the bow ducts can’t push her off.
This may be a very difficult thing to fix; please be patient.

Well I hope they do get her fixed at some stage, I was looking forward to a Dover-Calais Hover-Crossing
She also doesn't act like a Ice Puck any more... :'(
