How do you get the fishing boat that came as a bonus in the pre-order game?: ???

You can only download it if you pre-ordered the game. If you pre-ordered the game from VSTEP, you can download it from the "My Account" page on www.shipsim.com.

Go to the ShipSim homepage, login, go to orders & downloads, you will find the downloadlink there.. :)

you could only get it if you pre ordered from shipsim.com, they might add it to the shipyard in the future for a small price

Steam released the Sigita DLC which, of course you have to pay for.
