Title: Pre ordered Game has finally arrived but no manual (UK)

As with many others i pre ordered the boxed version and have been waiting until today for it to finally arrive and then when i open it up no manual... is this common and do i just email V step and ask them to send it on to me.


Have others had simillar problems with their pre ordered boxed version in the UK, and if so how did they resolve them.

Hi d20,

The manual is included as pdf file. It's located at start -> all programs -> shipsim extremes -> Userguide UK  :)

There were some problems with the delevering process. People who had to wait for their pre-order got the chance to get a free download edition so they could enjoy it untill the game arrived. That's customer services i've never experienced anywhere else!  :)

Sorry i didn't realise that about the d/load version I love the product and would happily buy from you again from  but i have been frustrated seeing the version i pre ordered in the shops a week before I got mine.

thanks for the info about the pdf manual i assumed the code would be on the manual as per prev versions.
