The cops say that the collision is maby the problem of a rudder outburst/steering problem.

Rudder failure?
-
Oh dear...
One time a tanker grounded outside the channel after she did not alter course...so the chief engineer said to the master that he would say that the steering gear failed. The company that made the steering gear said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it...
The master got the boot, but the chief engineer still kept his job! :D
Jack.

there is a tanker stranded at canada with 9 million liters of diesel onboard there is no leak
-
Hoy,
When its right, and the rudder had a problem, than its a bit less trouble.
However when they say the rudder has failed, and the expertise finds out thats not correct,Than its alot worse.
