which mission du u pilot the oil rig cause i cant find one

You can't pilot the oil-rig, there are missions involving the 'indirect' control of it, but no 'direct' control.

There are some oil rigs...I don't know if that type is called oil rig but they can go on their own :)

that is a platform for a oil installation being built

I know this...
But...only Drill Ships have an own Engine...these Oilrigs have to pulled/pushed by tugs? They don´t have an own engine to go by thereself...

Nothing funny about that. In fact most floating oil rigs got their own propulsion system, and they usually don't need any help from tugs, only sometimes when close to shore as a precaution. But they are not exactly fast, 6-8 knots max, and they are never on the move in bad weather. They are using the same propulsion system to stay in position, or anchored to the bottom if staying in the same position for a long period of time.
