-
I keep haveing a problem. I make sure that in the first window both sides of the hull are joined and export it as DXF 3D mesh. Put it into sketchup fine. But how do iget one smooth hull and all these lines everywhere?
-
What the. When i export it from delftship i save it as something in my doc. Then i got to sketchup 6 after that i go and import it and the file isnt there
-
Export as DXF 3D mesh Then save it. Go to sketchup click import from the File menu. The import screen will come. At the bottom there's a drop down menu with file types you can import. Make sure you select .dxf ;)
Then it will appear! :D
Kind Regards,
Shipaddict ;)

With Delftship you open it and click on the new model button and a menu will come up with settings on and then clikc ok and you've got a hull.
