Title: Black start up screen

hi. i bought sse in a shop to day and when i start to install it says wrong cd.key. well well i found here on this forum that you can type in cd key in steam and download it there. i did and it worked but when i start the game it just be a black screen and nothing happens.. i have a very good computer so it is no problemms whit that. any one whit same problemm?  soory for my english i am from sweden  :)

at least the developer or someone can give a answer on what the problemm is!! i have played 1 hour it says in steam but all i have seen is a black screen..an now it come upp a message when start upp " file missing MWDRCC.dll" and when i press ok it comes upp lots of messages like that... give my money back!!

Reinstall the game,and bevore u Install it again:CLOSE THE ANTIVIRUS
and the schould it work,but first show me ur dxDiag please
