Hello, I have a problem with CoreWeatherSimCC.dll and CoreSkySimCC.dll.
The problem, when i start the game (as administrator, yes) an error window said me "CoreWeatherSimCC.dll", i close the windows and other one appears with "CoreSkySimCC.dll" and i close too. The game runs but the sky is black. I can play normally (without sky and weather (rain, fog...)) but only inside a mission, because if i start a "free game" it appears an error windows that said "Application crashed" and the application automatic closes.
I have windows 7 64 bits, my ATI drivers are actualiced, i have physx and directx last versions installed and my computer exceds the requeriments of the game. I have the update instaled.
Thanks you!

The patch was what completely wrecked it for me. It took away the CoreSky and CoreWeatherSim. So before I tried to re-install the patch I copied those files out of their and then when the patch was installed I noticed they weren't there. So I put the files back in and it still didn't work. They need to get this game figured out and quick. I can't even start the game up anymore!

I had the same problem so have uninstalled the game with the patch and installed the original without the patch ... now I have a buggy menu but at least the sky is blue ... :'(

Hi guys,
Which version of the game do you have at the moment?
The problems mainly occur with the patch v1.1 but there are also issues with the original v1.0

Hi guys,
What might help is to run Unregister.exe from the installation directory. By default this is \Program Files\Vstep\ShipSimExtremes\ or, if you have the Steam version; \Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\ship simulator extremes\.
In the mean time; what version of the game were you running prior to the patch? (language/publisher). And we'll try to reproduce the problem here to solve it.
Thanks.

There are 2 versions of SSE, one with, one without steam, de Vstep version is the one without i think and can be updated by their website.
The steam version can be updated inside the program it self if there is an update at steam.
From what i heard from other users this update corrupt some files within the steam version, uninstall everything and install again is also no option, something stays in the registry.
For those who know how to do this: uninstall, remove all registry entries from paradox, vstep shipsim.
The map into youre documents can stay there, now install again with no update, it should work again.

To get in the registry, for Windows XP go to start>run and type regedit and hit enter.
For Windows 7, go to start>type in the white empty box regedit and you are in the register.
For Windows vista im not sure, i think the as for Win7.
Hope i helped some of you out :)
