The CPU is fine, but the graphics card isn't meeting the minimum spec for SSExtremes.
Have a look at this 3D grahpics benchmark to see why:
http://service.futuremark.com/hardware/
The 130M scores 1500 and the 8800GTX which is the minimum for SSExtremes scoes 7900.
Ypu can still try to run the game in windowed mode, low resolution, put all graphics settings at low, both in-game and by the Nvidia driver.

yh so You are trying to tell me that that i can run starcraft 2 maxed out and i cant run this game on low .... ? I think that concludes alot about the design of this game
