I cant play the game after it is installed i just get a black screen.

Could u show us a pic so we can help u?
or reinstall the game,maybe something isnt instaled right,this is a big file,on the install everything must be closed.

I get the menu and the options and all that just the achall game i cant play.

i  readet the dxdiat at the problem is that u are missing 1GB of the RAM

u need 2 if u use XP,but as i read u have vista,means that u need 3GB

Honstly the whole game works fine i can get it started like single player and that and pick my boat but once the mission is loaded its just black. it works all fine until you load the mission.

Are you able to sail a vessel in Free Roam mode?

Yeah i know its moving the engine pictures with the number raise and i can hear it move just cant see anything but black all the instrumnts are there.

Hmm... that's odd.

Can you post a screen shot of the main menu (preferably with a ship too) and also one in-game so to speak?

Thats not what comes up its black but hs instruments
