That link on my topic below was old and didn't give me any information....they are all on about hospitals....not what time in GMT it might come out ???? :S

Are you talikng about the topic I just locked regarding the patch?  If so, read a little further, there are a lot of pages on that topic :)

Useless?  How so?  There are official announcements about the delay of the patch.

Just to clarify before I close this topic:

The patch is delayed until possibly next week.  Please read the full topic and all will be made abundantly clear :)
