Hey guys. I wondering how to make a graphic like Matthew Brown has in signature. The one that says Save the whales and support Sea Shepherd? Thanks

I have a feeling that for that narrow animated bar there is a website to make them on, I just don't know which I'm afriad, sorry :-\

You can find alot of prefixed forum bars on the internet. Just google for forum bars, signature bars or something similar  :)
