We had a crash in the UK at the beginning of the year - Skidded off the road in ice  :-\

Oh dear...I really do hate accidents :(...I was brought up in a place where accidents on the roads happened all the time...drink driving...(Not being sarcastic, although the typical view of the Irish is that they're heavy drinkers..which is true enough). Although I don't think things are as bad now, as the Gaurds started to be out a bit more often enforcing the law. At one time people were literally being killed daily on Ireland roads.

From what I've heard, India is the worst place - they simply drive like maniacs because 'today may not be my time to die'

Haha...if you've seen that episode where Jeremy Clarkson goes onto the Jahre Viking...he talks about how the Captain 'learned to drive in India' :lol:
