Not because of the crash, that was probably just an accident. But because of the guy standing there to take the picture of the damaged, unexploded bomb!

Here is what happend. Those men are cleaning up toxic waist. The man with out the protective suit walks up and starts talking there ear off. ;) With the toxic waist there in front of them. :D In the third one the two men are useing a metal ladder to work on power lines. ;)
