EDIT: When you get to the directory with the patrol boat files, there is a "readme" text you should read first.

Nub Cake used the Paint program in Windows XP and a dds converter. She posted a link where to get it.
Use the search function of the forum, you may have to do many different searches, but a great deal of the time you can find someone has already provided info on what you are looking for.
Keep posting on this topic if I can help further.

you should use dxtbmp its a good dds converter
