Title: Cannot get online

I have just had to use the recovery disc to reset my computer and now I cannot get online with my profile.
Im am running ship simulator 2008 collecters edition. i have put my registration number in and my user name is correct. please help

Have you made a profile into the game, and let it go online? and have you the 1.4.2 version?

I do not fully understand your question. You must be online to have made this post and when I look at your profile it says that you ARE online. Could you be more precise in your question. Have you re-set your profile by entering your name and clicking here:- (See picture)

Thanks for your suggestions, I have put user name in and clicked "allow internet acces" but it wont let me in and suggests I go to the forum and check my profile  and registration is correct.. I was on o.k before i had to put ship sim back on again

it can also be worth checking your firewall to make sure it is not blocking this :)

Thanks for all your help friends........managed to get on now.........it seems that because I had already loaded the game before, when I loaded it again it did not ask for the reg. for ship sim and new horizons.I re-entered both and now I am back on.
