Title: Less active for a short period of time.

I have a new pc and I am now using windows 7 aswell.

Unfortunatly, my USB modem is not compatible with the 64 bit version of win7.
That means the new machine has nog yet got the ability to go online.

My old machine will seize to operate due to transplanting some hardware over to the new machine.
That in turn means I can't be online as much as I would like. I can check the forum now and again, from a friend or family members' house when visiting, and I can write the odd message, from my mobile phone's inet connection too, but on the whole, I will be a lot less active for a little bit, I fear. (unless I can rig up an emergency machine from old parts, but I'm not sure about that yet.)

If you have any pressing matters that you send me a message about, in the coming days (I hope it won't be longer than days), and you do not get a speedy reply, please refer to one of the other staff members for help, and if it is something only an administrator can help you with, please contact Mark, in case I do not answer you within a reasonable ammount of time. (24 or 48 hours perhaps?! ..use your own discretion, please dont contact mark unless there is a real need and a hurry.)

I hope I'll have a new suitable modem soon, and that I can resume the normal activities again. ;D

Ok ok... I'm joking but I'm sure the forum will be fine. Nothing to worry about :)

Shame to hear about your issue there Fred, hopefully you'll resolve it soon enough!! SHame really, as your new PC should kick some serious but!!

Just, less active untill my new modem arrives. Since going online on a phone isn't thÃ¡t ideal, I only do it in short stints. :P

And it is even worse than you being gone, because now we have to suffer for a certain period of time, rather than getting used to you not being here. ;D

He let us know that the installation of his new computer will take an extra day's.
