Title: add on ships

i have recently added some new ships from the ship yard but when i go to use them they say i need a product code? i never recieved a product code when i downloaded them?

Hi mbattcock,

You probably downloaded updates to ships that you did not have. When you ask for help, you  should give details:
What are the names of the ships?  What are the names of the packs?
Do you have the New Horizons add-on or the Collector’s Edition?
Have you purchased any ships from the Shipyard?

The Packs only update ships that you already have.
