Title: Why I can not use my gamepad?

Why I can not use game pad. It's a Thrustmaster DT Rumble. Also I can not update it with the latest patch 1.8 and the add-on mission patch. (Never install ship sim 2006 before) It tells me that "No valid Ship Simulator Add-ON installation detected.".

Any technical issues must be posted in the technical support board.  To post here, we ask all members to please enter their licence key into their forum profile, thanks.

If you're not sure how to do this, please check the FAQ's or PM a Moderator :)

Also, you have posted in the Ship Sim 2008 board, yet it seems that you are asking about Ship Sim 2006.  Can you please clarify this point when reposting in technical support :)
