Title: Cunard Complaints

I have recently read some horrifying accounts of passengers on the Cuanrd queens. It appears that several members of the crew are slovenly and rude.  :o :o For anyone who has been on a Cunard queen, could they descibe the crew's qaulity of service.

My Grandparents have done nothing but compliment the services they had on Queen Elizabeth 2, if that helps.
Have you got a source for these passenger accounts?

Any members of crew who do not get down and grovel at your feet are considered rude by many of their passengers.
