Title: Routes
Post by: gunwharf on May 07, 2007, 16:57:33
Hi guys

I'm a new member to this forum but have been keeping an eye out on the recent developments of SS08. Growing up near Portsmouth, I think its fantastic that somebody is modelling the Isle of Wight and Southampton - Keep up the good work!

I was wondering if the new game would have a 'free roam' mode, where one would be able to take the ships out and explore the scenery instead of having to concentrate on completing the various missions. Also I take it with both southampton and cowes modelled it would be possible to do the whole Red Funnel route, will the ferry terminals be included too?

One last question - I heard that a hovercraft would be included does anybody know which one?

Let me know your thoughts

Regards
Andy

I know I would like to see the game get to the point where it is sophisticated enough to have routes of various sorts . . .  And as a gamers incentive you can earn credits that way. Of course, I am more into the enhanced game play aspect of it.
