Title: 1.4v update 2008

hi i have just got a new laptop running vista home prem with 3gig of ram and a nvidia g force 8400m g  card .when i run shipsim 2008 with out the 1.4 up date it plays well and the frame rate is very good but when i install the 1.4 update the fr is very slow and sticky could it be the update or the laptop........ thanks tim :captain:

Hi skipper tim,

If you go over to 'Technical Support' and have a look at the stickys at the top then you may be able to sort your problem out. Terry and DJM have supplied a lot of information that could help you.
