Title: how can we join the free energy saver contest sent to us in emails?

HI i got an email saying i could download a free trial copy to enter an energy eficiency contest in which we can win an even better version of ship simmulator, unfortunately everywhere i went spoke German, no offense, but i only speak english, MY fault not anyone elses.  if anyone can help explain where to download and what is involved i would really appreciate it

Just in case anyone is disappointed the game instructions and details are all written in Dutch. If you can get  the idea OK the game is a great test for you. See my later post for the objectives of the competition.

Anybody else tried this yet? On my first attempt, id just started to make my turn into the Waalhaven & I got side swiped by a barge, but I had only used two and a half gallons of diesel!

Hi all - I am just about to download it on this (my laptop) as it is big and will tie up the desktop PC too long. Was it not possible to make a version as a 'plugin' to SS08 thereby not needing all the stuff common to both sims (scenery, boats)? Look forward to it anyway.

The object of the mission in the competition is to arrive at waypoint 6 in under 30 minutes having used less than 15 litres of fuel.

Besides, the first in the line of winners of free SSE copies - are those who contribute something to the game, developers themselves (of course!), famous creators of missions, admins, mods...   and probably a "random" one (who also contributes somehow to the game, of course!) among members.
