Title: More than one boat

I was wondring if anybody new how to have multiple boats in free run ???

You can make a mission that doesn't have any way points but multiple vessels.

In free roaming it is only possible to have one ship at a time. However, as A|A says you can make a simple mission with multiple ships in it by using the Mission editor. Instructions on how to make a mission are here:-
