Did you ever want to moor your boat in Free Roam?Well, on San Fransisco, go to Treasure Island, and then you'll see a Bollard type 3.Go have fun docking SMALL boats. ;) :)

Many if not all free roam harbors have this. I (literally) ran into one for large boats in New York City on Governor's Island as Titanic!
