HI GUYS: PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!

ANNOYING PROBLEM I CANT SOLVE

just came over a problem i want to fix. and it doesnt seem to be easy  ;D

i want to get rid of that x symbol with the norton logo.

the x symbol over norton 360 logo

The error!! translation:

Your computer is not turned in to receive all the newest protections and program software
automatecly!!!

(srry for bad english again:) )3.

im pressing that one.
4. i get this again :@

I'm no expert on this so I'm probably wrong and I cant read the language lol but I would of guessed it is telling you that a particular part of the software isn't "on" if you like therefore opening some kind of risk to the computer :)
