Can I ask, have you purchased Ship Sim yet? If so, register your lisence key(s) in your profile, it allows you access to technical support, online play etc.

here on the forum you can talk about almost everything, if you have trouble, you got help, make friends over the hole world, the only game i know about that have a free bonus, 10000 of nice and friendly friends that follow with the game. and that Jack say if you register you CD/DVD key in you forum profile you get excess to more stuff, download missions, technically support and more
