Greetings everyone!
I've been used to flying helicopters and planes (simulation) until today when I came across SS.
I like to view the live ship tracking using google maps around the Felixstowe area, so I thought it would be great to enjoy I more closer-to-hand job without getting wet :)
Look forward to getting to grips with SS -
Cheers.

Do you have New Horizons?
Thanks to all for a most warm welcome :)
Yes, I do have New Horizons installed. I also set up my Saitek X52 Pro controller last night, which has really made the difference. Still working out the dual monitor thing, but reading the threads.
Could you recommend a server that is moderately busy? thanks

The user made ones get pretty crowded at times
Framvik1 gets busy in the morning (my morning 7-11.30AM EST) then the IJTS Server 1 gets crowded around (11.30AM to the rest of the day on and off) EST
Good Luck :2thumbs:

Hi there Niel, welcome to this great community!

Hi Neil,
The best servers are usually IJTS (IRI5HJ4CK's Towing Service), and Framvik's Server. Mine mainly deals in a "Towing" Environment, towing people into the harbour, docking them etc, And sometimes, when it's not so busy "simulated" emergency's etc.
Hope that helps. If you have any more questions, ask away!
Kind Regards,
IRI5HJ4CK (Jack).
