One suggestion is to ask your boss :D
-
I did they told me to use the 3M spray which doesnt work on these stains ive heard of a product called Lacker Thinner.

Then maybe thats the solution ;) :P
-
Alternatively, have you tried the old solution, "Elbow Grease"?
-
Try vinegar with Terrys elbow grease.
-
If you run out of elbow grease, try the handraulic way ;D
-
Why not a specific product (http://www.boatersland.com/stb71622p.html)?

-

Can't see it being an overly big job...I took some off our's a few weeks ago with some washing up liquid and a cloth!
I find that the normal stuff is just as good as the so called "Branded boat" items. After we'd tidied ours up, we put some of this: (http://www.britsuperstore.com/acatalog/Cif_Cream_White_500ml.jpg) Onto it. No more marks at all.
When you say streaks, you do mean those black marks you get from the run off, don't you?
Jack.

cleaning fiberglass, that can be a nightmare, we once had ours on a dock where the water was very dirty, so was the dockside, so our buoys got very dirty and the hull was all black around the buoy area. There are still rests from that, no reason to clean it all away since it often get's very dirty again.

The best way to remove a scratch or streak from the hull of a boat is to not get it in the first place.

yeah, but then you aren't removing it ::)

Well some of the streaks are engine exhaust some of it is from the fenders some are from the black canvas some are just there for whatever reason I dont really know some are from drainage so some come off easier than others :-\
