Depends on whether you want the boxed  version or are happy with a download version. If you're happy with a download version like me, then the best place is straight from the horse's mouth: http://shipsim.com/ ;)

Otherwise, I'd say either Amazon or other well known game retailers.

As Capt Spencer said the download is probably the best as it keeps a record of your download links and licence keys if you ever need to know where as with boxed, if you lose it, you have a problem.

Otherwise, I'd go for Amazon. :)

If you get it from e-bay, you may get a used copy and not be able to register the serial number without a hassle.
