Title: Canal Locks

I don't know if this has come up in any discussions

but could it be possible to have a lock system in the game

like the Panama Canal or similar, i suppose it would be hard, but would be neat for this game

Yes, it has come up many times. It is not likely to happen in SS 2008 because of the way the sea is implemented. So far as I know, you won’t see it in Extremes either.
